Larissa Tormey PJ Murrihy and Seamus Shannon in Concert Together

Larissa Tormey and PJ Murrihy kicked off the New Year on a high note, with their first 2024 show at the Tuar Ard Theatre in Moate, Co. Westmeath.

To start the year, Larissa performed on January 26th, sharing the stage with the esteemed singer-songwriter PJ Murrihy, renowned for penning hits for Daniel O’Donnell, Michael English, and many others.

Their acquaintance began at a charity concert some time ago, where they instantly bonded over their shared interest in farming and love for Irish folk music.

Larissa and PJ previously collaborated on a duet titled "I Wish I Had Someone to Love Me," released in 2022. They filmed a beautiful video for the song at Kilbeggan Distillery, which can be viewed here.

This song is included in PJ's latest album, "The Road To Home," and remains Larissa's most streamed and beloved video on her YouTube channel.

Their concert was a resounding success, with a sold-out show leaving attendees deeply moved.

Larissa will continue recording, releasing, and performing folk music. Her new folk release is scheduled for March 2024, and she plans to deliver a memorable performance at the Ploughing Competition later this year, where she will share the stage with other well-known names in Ireland in September 2024.
