Country Artist Larissa Tormey Releases Second Album God Loves A Trier (Press Release)

Moving from the busy city of Moscow to settle in a quiet rural life in Ireland, country singer­songwriter releases her second album God Loves A Trier (order from this website at this location). A dedication to her late mother Anna who was a talented poet that supported and helped Larissa’s artistic development, the album draws inspiration from traditional Irish music, along with a hopeful and meaningful vibe.

Tormey released her debut album Perfect As I Am in 2014, which contrasts with her latest release by being more dramatic. Whereas God Loves A Trier shows the singer’s musical versatility, part Irish folk, along with traditional Irish dancing country tunes.

The title track of the new album is an autobiographical song, describing the artist’s longtime aspirations of chasing her dreams of singing and writing music, and with this album release she fulfills these wishes.
